EXCHANGER SERVICE

"Can not provide enough temperature in radiators or fan-coils."

• Make sure that the connections of heat exchanger are true.
• Make sure that hot water or steam from boiler is being sent to heat exchanger
• Make sure that cooling heat exchanger group has sufficient amount and degree of water.
• Make sure there is a thermostatic valve running smoothly on the heat exchanger circuit.
• Make sure steam and condensate are both selected true and operates smoothly.

"Detonation sounds is heard while heat exchanger running"

• There may be a ramstroke effect in heat exchanger. Plates and gaskets can be deformed in short time by ram stroke. Therefore shut down the system and turn off the valves. Contact with service department.

"Two fluids passing through heat exchanger are mixing"

• One or more plates may be drilled. Mixing problem is not about gaskets.
• Turn off all input and output valves of heat exchanger. Contact with service department.
